FEATURE OVERVIEW
Georgia Today examines Light & Bloom, the U.S.-based concert platform founded and artistically directed by Georgian violinist Sendi Vartanovi. The feature considers its approach to classical performance, audience engagement, and the presentation of Georgian composers within an international artistic context.
The article discusses TIME, the October 17 New York presentation integrating music, photography, film, and audience-created art, as well as the platform’s November 8 cinematic-music event at Opera America. It explores how cultural exchange can be led by artists who connect musical traditions and audiences across countries.
